Inmatriculare masina fara GPL.

Se poate inmatricula o masina care nu mai are GPL pe ea (cu toate ca este trecuta in acte, dar a fost data jos intr-un service)?

Pai normal da, pentru ca masina aia merge si pe benzina, GPL-ul e un fel de optional pe ea...sau chiar daca ar fi din fabrica tot ar merge..

Din ce tara e masina ?
