De cateva saptamani mi s.a rupt un racord flexibil,si se aude si fluiera si turbina aiurea,drept pt. care am inceput sa caut sa ma interesez de racord flx.Am dat de un prieten de la Pilot care mi-a propus sa-mi monteze acest DOWNPIPE la 150-200eur tata lucrarea,pe net pe la noi mai nimic despre asa cv,e vorba de 525d meu,ma asteptam sa vad o lucrare o poza-filmulet cv si nimic,am gasit cv. pe 4tuning dar postari mai vechi,Intrebarea 1 Se merita 2Afecteaza cu ceva 3 am inteles ca.i o evacuare mai rapida si creste si nm,astept sfaturi si pareri,ms. Sunt buni astia de la pilot>?Masina e un e39 525d.

Nu prea am vazut asa ceva la motoare diesel.Practic ce se schimba?Racordul flexibil face parte din toba care contine catalizatorul?

Eu as inlocui racordul flexibil cu alt racord flexibil.

Racordurile tin destul de mult, nu prea cred ca merita o astfel de modificare.

Slabe sanse sa simti vreo schimbare din punct de vedere al performantelor masinii.

da,downpipe pleaca din turbina cu o teava fff groasa intr-un singur racord,cel putin asa am obs eu.

Ma gandeam ca sunt apropiate ca pret...

S-ar putea sa fie mai rau daca pui downpipe.Racordul ala este pus acolo pentru a izola tot sistemul de evacuare de vibratiile motorului.Eu nu as face modificarea asta.

Da e posibil,pe net am vazut cv profi,e pe youtube unul cu un 530d,daca e asa mai bine ma las pagubas,cum lucreaza astia de la pilot?

Azi am fost la cineva care e expert in problema asta,am sa fac treaba asta cu sistemul down pipe,nu se renunta la racordul flexibil,se unesc intr-unul nu in 2 cum e pe oem,ma rog e mult mai complicat procesul,nu-i vb de marire de putere ci de o evacuare mai rapida.
