Vin si eu o intrebare: care este consumul normal pentru un e36, in conditiile in care usile sunt inchise, nici un bec aprins, nimic?
Am masurat, si-mi ia in jur de 0.7A. Mi se pare enorm de mult, imi consuma bateria cu totul in 10-15 ore. Chiar si cand bag cheia in contact, nu mi se aprinde nimic in bord, nici un bec.
Alternatorul incarca, cam 14-14.5 la relanti fara consumatori, iar cu pozitie + faza scurta + lunga + ventilatie cam 13.2-13.5V.

Stiu ca am masurat mai demult la cealalta masina, si era ori 0.030 ori 0.070, ceva de genul asta.
Ce as putea verifica eu, inainte de a merge la electrician?
Am scos pe rand toate sigurantele, si nu s-a schimbat nimic, tot 0.7A indica. E relevant testul acesta? Dupa logica mea, daca scoteam una din sigurante, si nosumul scadea undeva sub 0.1, atunci ar fi fost vinovat un consumator, sau un fir in scurt de pe acea portiune de circuit alimentata de acea siguranta. Am dreptate sau nu?

Este foarte mult.Ar trebui sa aiba 30-40mA sau si mai putin.E36-le nu are electronica multa.Deconecteaza si mufa de la robinetii de caldura si verifica iar.Nu ai nimic aftermarket pe masina?
Poate fi si alternatorul defect, trebuie sa demontezi cablul si sa verifici dupa.

Nu am nimic aftermarket, si nu am facut nimic la masina in ultima vreme.
O sa deconectez cablurile de la alternator si robinetii de caldura, si verific.

Iarasi bateria moarta. Dupa o scurta analiza, alternatorul. Nu incarca deloc. La 3000 rpm, fara nici un consumator - 12.5v.
Am mai auzit un zgomot ciudat, ca o huruiala sau vajaiala, nu stiu cum sa-l definesc exact.
Am facut si un filmulet, pentru evidentierea zgomotului :

Suna ca rola de la alternator.

Desfa-l. Probabil vei gasi probleme la colector si la carbuni. Ca piese separate nu sunt deloc scumpe. Schimba si rulmentii si rola.

Oare un alternator de m40 se potriveste?
L-as pune temporar pana mi-l fac pe asta, timp nu prea am acuma sa-l si repar, poate weekendul viitor, dr am nevoie de masina intre timp.

Daca huruie probabil sunt rulmentii dar cand il duci la reparat schimba si carbunii si colectorul ca daca cedeza ulterior iar desfaci si platesti manopera .

De m40 nu stiu daca merge dar la M52 sunt toate la fel si la 2.0, 2.5 si 2.8 , la cele single vanos , nu stiu daca si la dublu vanos .

Ce rol au rulmentii in functionarea lui? Adica, in afara de zgomot, de ce nu ar incarca din cauza rulmentilor?
O sa incerc sa-l pun provizoriu pe cel de m40, in cazul in care se potriveste... Daca nu, il repar pe asta, si stau cu masina pe dreapta cateva zile.

Incarcarea nu prea are legatura cu rulmentii, dar zgomotul da.

Nu inteleg de ce spui ca trebuie sa stai cu masina cateva zile pe bara.

Iti ia o ora sa dai jos alternatorul, iar piesele le gasesti in general pe stoc la magazinile specializate pe piese de alternatoare si electromotoare.

La magazinele de aici nu stiu ce se gaseste pe stoc. Nu stiu de nici un magazin specializat pe piese de alternatoare :)/>
Toate chestiile ce le-am cumparat pentru ambele masini in timp (garnituri, bucse, pivoti, termostat, placute frana, discuri), nu erau pe stoc, la unele dura si 2-3 zile pana ajungeau.
Ori nu-si repara nimeni masina la timp, ori nu stiu care e treaba.
Daca am avut nevoie de un releu pt claxon, ca-l schimbasem cu cel de la aprindere, cand nu-mi pornea, si nu am gasit decat pe comanda, iar la unele magazine doar oem pe la 60 lei :)/>
La capitolul asta stam cam rau.

Atunci fa altfel. Comanda inainte de demontaj rulmentii, colectorul, platoul de carbuni si cand ajung piesele doar le montezi.
