Am uitat sa specific, gratarul asta l-am facut acum pe seara, la lumina unei brichete cu led... :D/>

Hm... kolea unde esti acum?
Duminica fac masa in familie, deci e bizzi... luni am gratar cu mai multe fete si amici, deci e loc... :D/>

dy2, ce peste este acela ? are oase mici sau e d-ala ok ? mie imi place pestele la gratar, insa daca are oase ma ia capul...

Este pastrav, oasele se vad in una din poze.
Nici eu nu ma omor cu pestele, din cauza oaselor.
Prefer file de Merluciu sau Pangasus, dat prinmalai, la orice ora :D/>

Pestele il treceti prin faina apoi ou si pesmet ..inainte de toate sare si condimente daca vreti . In tigaie sau fripteuza cand uleiul e la temperatura potrivita .

Se poate si fara faina sau ou..direct presat in pesmet ..va arata ca cel din poza !

Pangasius nu-i ceva ce as recomanda eu :lol:/> dati si voi un search pe google si pe youtube cu panga sau pangasius!

Aici la"capsuni" e cel mai penal peste din comert..

Asa este, pangasius e cel mai penal peste, la fel cum crapul nu se mananca deloc in itlaia(doar ai nostrii il mananca).
Merluciu recomand, file, iar in loc de pesmet incercati sa dati prin malai, iasa ca cel din pozele mele.
Sau efectiv il arunci intr-o tava cu zarzavaturi si la cuptor cu el...

Reteta de lasagna vreau si eu de la sly, poate incerc ceva nou.

Lasana e e simplu de facut :ph34r:/> sosul e important !

Carne tocata mixta folosec eu de calitate cat mai buna cu cat mai putina grasime . Intr-o oala cu putin ulei( masline folosesc eu dar n-are importanta) frig carnea tocata putin sa topesc grasimea ramasa . Grasimea care rezulta o scot din oala incalinand oala cu grija in chiuveta :lol:/>

Cand carnea , legumele si tomatele sunt in oala se pun pe foc in jur de o ora sau mai mult.. Eu pun putin zahar sa compenseze acidul rosiilor . Sare dupa gust si oregano .


Foile pentru lasana care le folosesc eu se pun la inmuiat n apa calda nainte de folosire , mai este un model care nu trebuie nmiat dar n-am folosit si nu stu..


Etajele le fac asa: Un strat de foi unu de sos unu de felii de branza repetat de 3-4 ori , depinde cat de inalta e tava .


Branza care o pun intre etaje e defapt cascavalul care il folosesc la sandwich uri :D/> .. ultimul strat il pun de mozzarela ( se rumenseste mai bine in cuptor :lol:/> ) peste care pun putin oregano .

Mai bine de atat nu pot sa-ti explic !!


Lasana poti s-o faci cat de original vrei tu..poti pune orice si oricum ....cea vegetala o fac asemanator dar fara carne si ma multe verdeturi( in functie de ce am n momentul ala )nicodata nu-i la fel ca tura trecuta !
